Refund policy

At Acantostudio, we want every purchase to be a success. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return.

You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

To make a return, you must request the return request form from our Customer Care team or download it from the link below and send it to the following email address: customercare@acantostudio.com

Once we receive the request, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by one of our trusted couriers.

The customer will be emailed shipping labels to attach to the package. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, and accompanied by the accompanying tax documentation. The customer cannot return a used product. Subject to our right to verify compliance with the above, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Returns are free for collections within Italy. Returns from abroad cost €10 and will be deducted directly from the customer's refund.
