General Provisions

These conditions are valid exclusively between Acanto studio srl , hereinafter referred to as "Acanto Studio", and any person making online purchases on the website www.acantostudio.com , hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER". Acanto Studio reserves the right to modify, supplement, or vary the General Conditions of Sale.

Object of the contract

Under these conditions, Acanto Studio sells and the CUSTOMER purchases remotely the products listed and offered for sale on the website www.acantostudio.com . The contract is concluded exclusively online according to the procedure provided by the website itself. The customer undertakes to review these general conditions of sale before purchasing a product. In the order confirmation email, the CUSTOMER will also receive a link to download and archive a copy of these general conditions of sale.

Pre-contractual information

Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER examines the product characteristics illustrated in the product information sheets. Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER is informed of:

  • total price including taxes;
  • payment method;
  • the deadline by which Acanto Studio undertakes to deliver the goods;
  • conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal;
  • information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the costs in the event of a return;
  • existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for the goods purchased.

Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded when Acanto Studio sends an order confirmation email. This email contains the customer's information and order number, the price of the purchased products, the shipping address to which they will be sent, and a link to print and archive a copy of these terms and conditions. The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal data contained therein and to promptly communicate any conditions to ACANTOSTUDIO. ACANTOSTUDIO undertakes to describe and present the products sold on the website in the best possible way. However, some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences between the website and the actual product may arise. Furthermore, product photographs do not constitute a contractual element.

Product Availability

Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. However, this availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products may be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed. Even after Acanto Studio sends the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the CUSTOMER will be immediately notified via email. If the customer requests cancellation of the order, thereby terminating the contract, ACANTOSTUDIO will refund the amount paid within 14 days of ACANTOSTUDIO receiving notification of the customer's decision.

Payment Methods

All payments by the CUSTOMER may only be made using the credit cards listed on the website www.acantostudio.com or via PayPal. Communications regarding payments and the data provided by the CUSTOMER when making the payment are handled via secure lines.

Prices

All product prices listed on the website www.acantostudio.com are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are free in Italy. The CUSTOMER accepts Acanto Studio's right to change its prices at any time; however, merchandise will be invoiced based on the prices listed on the website at the time the order is placed and indicated in the confirmation email sent by Acanto Studio to the CUSTOMER. In the event of a computer, manual, theoretical, or any other error that could result in a substantial change, unforeseen by ACANTOSTUDIO, to the retail price, making it exorbitant or negligible, the order will be considered invalid and canceled, and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. The CUSTOMER wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Acanto Studio via an explicit declaration, requesting and submitting the return request form to Customer Service. If the CUSTOMER exercises the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is required to return the goods within 14 days of notifying ACANTOSTUDIO of their intention to withdraw from the contract. The goods must be returned to ACANTOSTUDIO. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the CUSTOMER, except in Italy, where returns are free of charge and Acanto Studio will cover the costs. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, and with the accompanying tax documentation. The CUSTOMER cannot return used products. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, Acanto Studio will refund the amount within 14 days. Acanto Studio will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process.

Delivery methods

Acanto Studio will only accept orders for delivery to the territories listed below. Products will be delivered via express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER when placing the order, no later than 30 days after the CUSTOMER receives the order confirmation email. Shipping and return costs are paid by Acanto Studio for all of Italy, while they are paid by the CUSTOMER in the following territories:

Responsibility

Acanto Studio assumes no responsibility for disruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including those resulting from internet malfunctions or disruptions, in the event that it is unable to fulfill the order within the timeframe stipulated in the contract.

Access to the site

The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for browsing and making purchases. Any other use, particularly commercial, of the site or its content is not permitted. All elements of this site and the technology used remain the property of Acanto Studio and are protected by intellectual property rights.

Cookie

The website www.acantostudio.com uses "cookies." Cookies are electronic files that record information about the CUSTOMER's browsing experience on the site and allow Acanto Studio to offer a personalized service to its customers. Acanto Studio informs the CUSTOMER that they can disable the creation of such files by accessing their internet settings. It is understood that this will prevent the CUSTOMER from making online purchases.

Integrality

These general conditions of sale constitute the entirety of the clauses that comprise them. If one or more provisions hereof are held invalid or declared as such pursuant to law, regulation, or following a decision by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.


Applicable law and competent court

These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the CUSTOMER's place of residence or domicile, if located within the Italian territory.
